The principals of Crown Ranch Development LTD and Wood Creek Development Company have worked closely together on numerous projects. Wood Creek Development Company creates single-family communities, multi-family housing, golf courses, retail projects, office and commercial complexes and industrial developments. While the company specializes in enhancing the value of land, WoodCreek Development is also active in joint venturing on vertical improvements to properties. The company has acquired 18 properties that amass over 7,100-acres in the Houston Area since 1995, which have been sold, developed or held for investment purposes. Currently, the company is actively developing WoodCreek Reserve in Katy, Texas, as well as a multi-family project in Port Arthur, and multiple retail and office projects, including The Reserve at Park 10 and WoodCreek Commons in Katy.
